Core Tabata Session

Core focused high intensity workout consisting of 7 core movements. Perform each exercise with maximum intensity for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and perform the next exercise cycle. Once you complete the first Tabata round take a 60 second break and move on to the next Tabata round.

Cardio Tabata Session

Cardio focused high intensity workout consisting of 7 core movements. Perform each exercise with maximum intensity for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and perform the next exercise cycle. Once you complete the first Tabata round take a 60 second break and move on to the next Tabata round.

Cardio focused high intensity workout consisting of 8 core movements. Perform each exercise with maximum intensity for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and perform the next exercise cycle. Once you complete the first Tabata round take a 60 second break and move on to the next Tabata round.

One day while surfing the web, I came across the above Spartan Race YouTube video. I played it, and when I saw that I apparently made it through last of the Spartan Beast obstacles, the “cutting room floor,” it brought joyful tears to my eyes. Being given that opportunity to pass on my passion and commitment for heath and fitness to any and all who see this video will be a memory I will never forget! I would be lying if I said that I never watch it. I have this video bookmarked so that when I need it, I can look back, acknowledge my past accomplishments and continue to commit to an adventurous lifestyle!
