Chocolate Protein Pudding
I love chocolate and I love a good pudding or mousse. What I don’t love it is the sugar cravings I get when I do indulge. That where this recipe comes in clutch. With a bit of tasty protein powder and some heavy whipping cream in no time you will have a craving crushing healthy alternative.
Chocolate Protein Pudding
This chocolate peanut butter protein pudding is low carb and only takes 5 minutes to make. A deliciously creamy and healthy dessert or treat.
Ingredients
.5 serving Small Hass Avacado
46 gram OrGain Peanut butter protein
1 tbsp unsweetened Cocoa powder
1 cup Simple Truth Unsweetened Almond Milk
Directions
Add everything to a high speed blender except the sweetener.
Blend on high.
Taste to see if it needs sweetener. If so add a few drops of stevia or sweetener of your choice.
Refrigerate before eating.
Notes: You can use a room temperature avocado if you want. A frozen one just makes it colder. You can substitute powdered peanut butter and a vanilla or chocolate protein powder if you don't have the Orgains peanut butter protein powder. You can also substitute unsweetened cocoa powder for the cacao powder. Lastly you can use whatever sweetener you wish and may not need it at all depending on your protein powder.
