Collagen Cookie Dough Bites

I want you to go way back….nope further… a little further, ok stop! You’re in the kitchen, your mom is making chocolate chip cookies, and all you want is for her to get that pan in the oven so that you can lick those beaters clean. We all know how good cookie dough is. Come on! If cookie dough wasn’t sometimes better then the actual cookies, there would be no such thing as cookie dough ice cream, cookie dough protein bars and so on and so on. Cookie dough is just the best thing ever and you know it! Well today not only am I going to let you lick the beater, we are gonna skip the baking thing all together! We are going to make the most yummy tasty cookie dough bites you have ever had.! These bites are going to take you all the way back to your childhood, and best of all, the are so healthy that you might even regain some of that youth just by eating them. The only challenge might be not eating all the batter before we get them rolled up and chilled in the freezer. 


So get your ingredients together and lets get started making the treat to end all treats. 

Collagen Cookie Dough Bites

Ready In: 12 minutes


Ingredients

100g Collagen Powder
8 Tbsp Almond Flour

2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pure Irish Butter by Kerry Gold, 1 cup

.5 C Granular Sugar Replacement by Swerve

8oz. Dark Chocolate Chips by Lily's


Instructions

1. Mix ingredients in a bowl except for the chocolate chips, until it forms a dough.
2. Add in chocolate chips and combine

3. Roll into little balls and store in the 

refrigerator until firm


Serving Size: Makes 69 10g bites

Note: As seen above I will sometimes use pop-out ice trays from Amazon that make each bite a perfect 10 grams.
